March 1 For All Camps!

2019 Boise State Football Elite Individual Camp (June 8 – 9)

The purpose of our camp is to make everyone who attends a better football player. We emphasize championship technique in the game of football and life, to give each player and team attending the competitive edge.

Through selected contact and non-contact drills, our goal is to improve a young player’s performance in the game of football. Campers will be able to receive personalized instruction from the Boise State football coaching staff. We stress individual technique and football fundamentals, which will allow campers to return to their respective programs with an improved understanding.

This camp is open to any and all 10th-12th graders, recent high school graduates, and junior college players (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).

Check-In for Overnight Campers is Saturday, June 8th at 4:00 pm at Chaffee Hall

Check-in for Commuter/Day Campers is Saturday, June 8th at 5:30 pm at the Caven-Williams Sports Complex

Registration deadline is 5:00 pm on June 6th, or when the camper maximum is reached if prior to June 1st.

All campers must have a helmet, mouthpiece, and jersey.  Regular football cleats should be used for the camp, with all practice sessions taking place on field turf.  Campers should bring socks, jocks, t-shirts, and some shorts. Quarterbacks should bring their own football (be sure to visibly write your name on it).  Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt.

Medical Information/Eligibility

Campers must be between the ages of those entering 10th grade-12th grade, recent high school graduates and junior college players. We will match campers against others by age, ability level, and Boise State coaches’ discretion.

Campers must have their own medical insurance to attend camp. Please fill out the medical information completely. Campers are also required to upload a copy of their medical card (front and back) to the camp registration website BEFORE the day of camp check-in for our records. Certified athletic trainers are in attendance at every session and reside in dorms for consultation. We must have a photocopy of your insurance card on file before you will be allowed to practice.  No exceptions.

All overnight campers will stay in Boise State University housing, just footsteps away from the Boise River and the Boise State football facilities.

A standard bed pack is provided: pillow, pillowcase, blanket, sheets. Towels will be available for purchase. Campers should bring any additional toiletries personally.

All Individual overnight campers will be provided with one meal on Saturday, June 8 (dinner) and three meals on Sunday, June 9 (breakfast, lunch and dinner).  Individual day campers will receive lunch and dinner on Sunday, June 9.  All camp meals will be in the Boise River Café at the Boise State Student Union Building.

Campers staying overnight are able to choose who they would like to be roommates with. Roommate requests can be made through the on-line registration process.

It is the camper’s responsibility to communicate with the person they would like to be roommates with to ensure that they both request each other as roommates.  Campers who do not request a roommate will be roomed at the discretion of the camp director.

Individual Overnight Campers: $199 – includes lodging on Saturday (June 8) night, dinner on Saturday, three meals on Sunday (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and camp instruction.

Individual Day Campers: $115 – includes lunch and dinner on Sunday (June 9).

Bronco 7 on 7 Passing Tournament

Campers will be split up into competitive teams for a round robin 7-on-7 passing tournament.

Big Man Challenge

This unique competition allows the “Big Men of the Trenches” (Offensive and Defensive Lineman) the opportunity to show off their skills, strength, and agility. Boise State Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Jeff Pitman, Defensive Line Coach Spencer Danielson, and Offensive Line Coach Brad Bedell have formulated these drills to give you the competitive edge for your championship season.

Agility and Speed Coaching

Varsity players will be provided coaching and instruction in the 40 Yard Dash and Pro Agility.  Each varsity player will then have an opportunity to be timed in their appropriate speed drill by the camp coaching staff, and receive feedback on how to improve.
